"Beautiful clean room but the noise between units was horrible. Hear people walking around and dragging furniture above us until 10:30 pm, and again 5:30 am. Also heard dripping tap all night. Definitely wouldn’t recommend main floor suites! Had a horrible sleep. "

"Hotel was very nice, staff were great. Pool and "arcade" were a little disappointing. Pool facility is great, but they only open up the waterslides at 5pm when they also sell waterpark passes to the public. Wasn't much for the kids to do without the waterslides or waves so we didn't use the pool as much as we would have. "
