![We were at the end of our Panama/Costa Rica trip and had actually just decided to cut it short because I was starting to feel sick. But we had this last hike to try out and I was just hoping both that I would feel well enough and also that our car would be able to make it back on the very steep gravel road back from the parking spot (after almost getting stuck around Monteverde earlier on the trip). As we’ve been getting used to we were first to arrive so we had this awesome place completely to ourselves for a little while in the morning before other tourists started to drop in. It really felt like a fairytale. « Hotel bien situé entre les plages, le centre ville de manuel antonio et à proximité du parc national. L’hotel est en bord de route mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Accueil très agréable à la réception. Notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable et décorée avec goût. De notre terrasse nous avons pu voir de nombreux singes , Toucans… L’espace piscine est très agréable pour se détendre après une journée à la plage ou au parc. En revanche la propreté de la chambre était très moyenne le premier jour...

« Fantastic property! Luis and Lucy, the caretakers were amazing people and helped us feel at home. This home is in a quaint town in between Jacó and Quepos and you do have to drive down a dirt beach road for 15 minutes to get there. « Our stay was terrific - waking up to the sounds of the howler monkeys followed by layers of bird songs was amazing! We loved our compact apartment that provided everything we needed. Having access to buses, taxis, beach routes was great. So much diversity all in one place. The Manual park tours is a must along with Finca Rocio coffee and spice tour. Both made our stay that much more culturally enriching! »

« We had a one bedroom Cabina: it was new, clean, and airconditioned with unlimited hot water. The kitchen was adequate and everything worked. The grounds are gorgeous and private/walled in and secure. Owner is Dutch and has European attention to detail I will stay there again when I return. Free Washers and Dryers were clean and worked well. Convenient location to all of Uvita's attractions. I strongly recommend this property as a place to stay. Pura Vida! »

« Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. »

« Idéale pour observer Scarlett Macaw, singes hurleurs, capucins et singes écureuil, agoutis, perroquets, … L’observatoire 360 degrés est formidable ! Tôt le matin, entre 06:00 et 08:00 et vers 16:00\. On a eu droit à une parade de Scarlett Macaw, de perroquets, … on en a eu plein les yeux! On a bien sûr apprécié la piscine! »

« Vraiment une très belle maison avec des hôtes très attentionné avec nous Nous avons eu un bris du réservoir d’eau chaude et nos hôtes on vraiment tout fais pour régler le problème au plus vite. Nous avons vue plusieurs animaux sur notre site. La vue est magnifique Nous étions deux familles de trois et nous avions en masse d’espace dans la maison »

« Our family of 7 stayed here comfortably. It was clean and in a great location with gorgeous views! It is walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient! Emiliano was our concierge and he was great, communicated clearly and ensured we had everything we needed. One thing to note is you get all the Tulemar resort amenities, including room service, shuttle service, and beach service (free boogie boards, lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc). This...

« We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that? »

« Fantastic vacation! Book this house! The house is beautiful and lived up to the photos and our expectations, but the staff is really what makes this experience stand out. We had a group of 9 adults and 7 children aged 1-15 and everyone had a great experience. "Très bon hôtel avec accès à une belle plage pas trop frequentée. Certaines chambres ont la cuisine. Lits très grands et très confortables. 2 piscines une familiale et une pour adultes. Très bon petit-déjeuner buffet et un excellent restaurant. On recommande pour séjourner et se reposer. Le matin vous pouvez avoir la visite des singes capucins sur votre balcon."

"Superbe hôtel only adults au milieu de la végétation. Nous y avons séjourné 5 nuits. Attention celui ci est construit dans un style très design à flanc de montagne. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Très belle chambre avec vue mer. Nous y avons vu des singes, des paresseux, des perroquets, des agoutis, enfin plus d’animaux qu’au parc manuel Antonio à proximité. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil à l'arrivée et au départ. Mention spéciale à Andreas, Candy, Léo le manager …👍"
