« Traveled to Columbus for a wedding, which was held in German Village - an easy drive to the wedding venues, and also easy to get to other attractions such as COSI and downtown in general. The neighborhood is quiet w/ occasional traffic noise. Nice to have a private back parking spot although we just parked on the street. The house is older with beautiful architectural details but updated for modern use (kitchen / bathrooms) and comfort. We stayed during a frigid snowstorm and the house was warm...

« The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

« Overall, we thought the house was very cute, but we’re a little surprised with some of the things. Back door doesn’t stay closed, unless the deadbolt is locked. The fact that we were asked to not flush toilet paper and provided with garbage cans with no liner, that was a huge turn off. »
