The checkin process was smooth: however, upon walking in the door, we were overcome by a strong sewer odor. I texted the properly manager that night and followed up with a phone call in the morning. We left the property after spending 12 hours there and moved into another property. VRBO was wonderful in working with me to obtain a full refund.
