### Your home in the heart of Denver Tech Center

Denver Tech Center is home to several major businesses and corporations. You will see modern buildings and beautiful streets. Ideally located, this beautiful house is going to offer you a convenient and memorable stay. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities, you will immediately feel at home. This newly renovated house, also offers three spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 6 persons and two bathrooms. A washer and dryer is also available, if needed.  
  
The space  
Reaching Denver Tech center you will find a restful, spacious and warm place, making you feel right at home. Entering you will find straight ahead a big dining table suitable for 6 people connected to a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, pans and pots, toast maker, water boiler and microwave. To the right, there is the living room with two 3 seat couches for a relaxing stay which you notice the moment you enter the premises. The living room is ideal for spending a relaxed evening chilling or enjoy a movie on TV, Netflix. The three spacious bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen bed, and two double beds for you to rest. There also are 2 brand new bathrooms with shower. Feel free to use the washer and dryer. In general, you will find any amenities you’d expect in a modern house, including air conditioning, WiFi and Netflix!  
The neighborhood  
My place is located in Centennial, Colorado, United States.  
You have several options to enjoy this quiet, residential neighborhood. Within a short distance you will find a number of 4-5 stars restaurants, bars, cafes. Sprouts Farmers Market is just 0.5 miles away! Find the organic and healthy food you look for in a grocery shop. Tacobe restaurant will be also just 0.5 miles away for you to have a fabulous dinner. If you like shopping Park Meadows Mall is just 3 miles away. Within a 4-5 miles range, you can also find a couple of golf courses. Cherry Creek State Park is just 5 miles away.  
  
Getting around  
Denver Downtown is just 14.3 miles away and Denver International Airport just 29 miles.
