"Exceptionally clean property, pool, and room. Breakfast was really good. The staff answered all questions quickly and accurately and were very nice and helpful. There's a stand with hundreds of pamphlets of things to do. The guests I ran across were very nice, too. The area was a nice area, too. I plan on coming back to this particular hotel for my upcoming 1 week vacation."

"No air conditioning. I expressed my concerns to the staff and was met with complete apathy and disinterest. Will be seeking reimbursement from the hotel and my credit card company. Never answered the phone nor was there ever an attendant at the front desk "

"We checked in, but then checked out immediately. Still awaiting a refund from hotels.com. Check-in lady was friendly, but the other people I encountered in the lobby and hallways were just not my type. I didn't feel safe. The building smelled of drugs even though our room was ok-smelling in a non-smoking room. Overall, just didn't feel like it was worth staying when it looked like people lived there and did drugs."

"Pros: Very clean. Friendly staff. Cons: TV - not smart. Poor picture quality. I asked for a pair of scissors. The front desk staff member thought I wanted wire cutters. Free coffee in lobby at breakfast, but NO hot water for tea (nor tea bags). And why not all day? Sign in lobby for warm cookie. I was there 4 nights. No cookie in my room. "
