No apparent effort to clear snow and ice from entry door of the property. Water in shower took almost 10 minutes to get to a lukewarm temperature.

Very average hotel. Much dingier and dirtier than any other Hilton Garden Inn I've stayed at. My flight arrived late and the front doors of the hotel were locked when I got there.

We were disappointed that the pool was not functional. Also the wear and tear was obvious all around the property. Toilet got clogged.

comfy room - don't get a room that adjoins another
The connecting room door left us a bit disappointed with our stay. It was as if the door was open and we could hear everything going on in the adjoining room. ALSO - we were hoping to watch a nationally televised football game - but the hotel didn't subscribe to NBC!!! Disappointing. OTHER THAN THOSE 2 THINGS - it was a really comfy room.

Disappointed in Aurora, CO
We like staying at this hotel, but I added a couple days to this trip. I also asked the staff to clean my room and change sheets and bring towels before the extra 2 days which the person at the desk said they would. They NEVER came to clean the room or give me additional towels for the time I requested. Very disappointed! I know because beds weren't made, clean towels were not added and trash was overflowing!!

Call services being ran from rooms
Hotel staff was good. Room was clean. We were woken at 2:30 am to neighbors having loud sex. 15 min later, we heard their door open/close & shower on. Within 15 min, it started up again. This happened 4x. It became obvious John’s were visiting. We never heard a man. They kept us up all night. Next morning around 6 their dorm was going off & nobody was turning it off. Then we heard several women in talking loudly in the room & then we heard them leave. We’ll never go back to this hotel.
