It was really hot in the room and it wasn’t that clean, after i checked out i called because my cousin left her bear and i called numerous times and was told id get a call back and nothing so far. I understand it’s the guest responsibility to check everything however a call back with an update would have been nice kinda disappointed.

The property was very clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood. The staff was very nice. The only problem we had is that the AC was not working in our room. They did bring us a box fan to help. Overall I would stay again.

There was quite a bit of noise from the highway. The property shows real maintenance needs. I was flabbergasted as there were tiles on the bathroom floor coming up. The extent that this was happening amazed me. I'm not sure why they rented the room in that condition. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and welcoming.

So I showed up and had to wait 20 minutes so I could check in. Then the lady at the counter pulled up my reservation and seemed to hesitate. Then she told me “you’re lucky, you’re really lucky. We were pretty much booked but you got really lucky with getting a room”. It was just frustrating to even get in to my room. I don’t really intend to stay at a Hilton or a Double Tree again.
