Finally, a hotel that has daily housekeeping. They did a great job in taking care of our room. TV remote was some kind of cheap generic substitute that didn't work right so we couldn't stream any shows.

I signed up for the 6:30 AM shuttle. Was waiting in the lobby 10 minutes early. Finally asked about it when there was no sign of movement. Was told they put me on the 6 AM shuttle when they canceled the 6:30. Would have been fine if they had told me. Had to wait over an hour for shuttle on return trip. Three calls to hotel, three stories. And a fourth story from the driver when he finally showed.

I signed up for 6:30 am shuttle. Arrived in lobby at 6:20. At 6:40 was told that shuttle didn’t run and they moved my reservation to 6:00. That would have been fine had someone TOLD me. Barely made my flight
