We had the absolute dream holiday here. Waking up to the most beautiful views! The staff were amazing! Going to the restaurant, staff felt like friends from the minute we arrived. Ocean was the loveliest human, and every interaction came with a genuine smile! But all the staff were lovely 😍 We had a villa overlooking the rice fields with a private pool. The first night there were a few issues with the pool pump but by lunchtime the next day it was all fixed 👌 The food was so delicious...highly recommend the coconut prawns...and well everything on the menu to be honest! So yummy. Room 101 is next to the main pool area so can get a little bit of noise and the plumbing is a bit rumbley. But other than that little thing, everything was amazing! Great value for money ,fantastic staff, free shuttle to Ubud and a lovely rice field tour to watch the sun rise! Will definitely come back! To our new friends at Puri Sebali, suksma ❤️

We had a wonderful 9 nights at the Sebali Resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay with great menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa was also amazing and we had a couple of great full body massages by the experienced team. Srina, you have magic hands!! All the staff are so polite and accommodating, they are well trained and most speak English very well. There were only two things that weren’t great but one was not the fault of the hotel. The adjacent resort, the Kayon, was expanding and renovating. When you headed to either of the restaurants for meals you could see and hear all the machinery and tools being used. It ruined the atmosphere but it became amusing for my husband and I to watch the building practices. We thankfully couldn’t hear any of the construction work from our room, so we had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed listening to the sound of the waterfall as we fell asleep or relaxing by our pool. The only other issue for us was the bed. It was very hard, but Patek from housekeeping did his best to add an extra layer of softness for us. We still had a wonderful time and would return to the property, but would suggest the management invest in some new mattresses and maybe some sun cover by the private pools.

This Villa is quiet but close to shop, restaurant etc. Staff were friendly and very helpful and i will be back to stay here again. The private pool was the best on hot days floating around and relaxing

Fantastic location next to the water palace. Breakfast: A nice 3 course daily breakfast was served in the Lotus Cafe, which has views of the water palace. Different style set menu options available including Indonesian, English, American, and vegan. Water Palace: Guests at the hotel receive complementary access to the water palace and can see the evening show (7:30pm) from the restaurant. However, you will get a better view if you attend the show. Massage: We received complementary 30min massage and extended to 1hr which was totally worth it. Activities: The hotel also has a range of complementary daily activities for guests, from morning yoga to afternoon calligraphy and mini Balinese language class. We also did the incense making which was complementary for longer stays, the experience was lovely. The instructor and assistant, were both very friendly and patient. Truly tranquil experience. Room: Our room was one of the royal rooms, which had a separate shower to the big bathtub. Shower was enclosed, covered outdoors which was a novelty. The bathroom wasn't fully soundproof from next doors' bathroom but that didn't bother us. Door was a little creaky, however it adds character. Room had good air conditioning and space. Filtered bottled water for making tea/coffee and brushing teeth were provided daily. Staff: Very friendly, smiley and helpful. Lovely service Highly recommend staying here
