"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and completely updated throughout. The host was very responsive - answering our call just minutes before arrival and quickly helping with any questions we had. Check-in was a breeze, the neighbors downstairs were friendly, and the cleaning lady was lovely. While the trees block most of the ocean view, it didn’t bother us at all since we spent 98% of our time right down on the beach. The complimentary...

Golden beaches stretch along Cape Cod's bay side, where families gather for Mayflower Beach's perfect low tides. Rent bikes for the Cape Cod Rail Trail or sample fresh oysters at waterfront restaurants when you're done exploring the charming village centre.
Beautiful surroundings. Great meals in the restaurant and although weather didn’t cooperate for a game of golf the course looked great. Will definitely think of coming back for a longer stay

The reviews are true, this is a great place to stay. We based ourselves here as we explored the Cape. It’s a 10 minute walk to the port where you catch the ferries to Nantucket and the Vineyard. Main st Hyannis is the next street over. You really can’t beat the location. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and there was always plenty. The rooms are very basic, nothing fancy at all, no bells and whistles. Just a basic room with all the necessities for a decent...

My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend a full week at this beautiful Inn. Our hosts, Kathleen and Chuck (as well as the rest of the staff) went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect getaway! The freshly made breakfasts every morning were excellent (they served mostly local products), the location was perfect and the grounds were beautiful (loved all the flowers). The rooms were also recently renovated :) if you're searching for a couple's retreat in Cape Cod, look no further!

Propre, belle grandeur de chambre, bien décorée. Petite terrasse arrière intéressante. À améliorer : support pour faire sécher serviette dans la salle de bain. Bien situé. Recommandé.

We spent a full week at Brewster by the Sea Inn in early September and can't say enough good things about our time there. Amy is a wonderful and warm hostess, with so many great reccos for things to see and do on the Cape. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfasts were delicious and we loved being able to sit outside on the deck every morning and be served by the polite, attentive and accommodating staff. Having our morning visit with Sweet Pea, the friendly resident...

This was a perfect stay at in a beautiful home away from home. Captain Ferris’ BnB was thoughtfully set up for travellers in all of the ways- from the inviting chess set in the parlour to the freshly baked cookies available all day. This space is spotless and C and J were helpful and inviting hosts! We loved this place!

Spent a fantastic two nights at the Beach Breeze Inn. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the pool area was very well kept. The owners were incredibly kind and offered plenty of suggestions for site seeing around Cape Cod. Beach towels and chairs were available to borrow for off-site adventures, which was a very pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, with a very short drive to Harwich for shopping and eating and the drive to Hyannis was very easy. We will definitely be back!...

If you are looking for a hotel near the beach this is the place to be. Literally across the street. No beach parking to pay and close enough to walk back for lunch. Remi and his staff are super nice and welcoming. Pet friendly, very clean and great location!
I would rate this hotel a 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
September 3rd - September 8th 2026. Looking forward to returning next Labour Day!
