« Great space for us. Everyone was comfortable sleeping. Some had to work and wifi was great. Beach was wonderful as was use of the dock across the street with the paddle boards and kayaks. The kids loved the paddle boards A ladder to get out of the water at the dock would have been nice. Also a railing going in and out of house would be helpful. I'm 80 so maybe It's just me »

« The property was very clean, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with essential utensils. Communication with the management company was smooth, and check-in was easy. However, basic supplies like tea and coffee weren’t provided, so plan a Stop & Shop run on the way. The AC was off on arrival, which felt unnecessarily frugal and made for a poor first impression.Located on a busy suburban road, there’s nothing walkable nearby despite the presence of sidewalks. « This house is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. Very clean and everything looks fairly new. The location is great as there are a number of beaches/restaurants/stores close by. We would definitely stay here again »

« The property and everything in it had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning refreshing and the decorations darling. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer. The area was quiet and quaint. We loved having the lake close by. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We highly recommend it! »

« Property location was great, house was clean and very spacious for our group. Only thing we felt was off was the furniture did not match the quality of the house. Bedroom furniture was mix-matched pieces and couches in house looked like they were older and worn out. No real complaints, everything was clean and plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. »

« Long weekend over July 4th. Wooded lot on a hill overlooking Follins Pond. Private access to the water, dock, and deck on cabana overlooking same. Gorgeous! Several kayaks canoe available. Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). The house (although not the waterfront itself) is very accessible for the mobility challenged, including broad flat patio off the back. »

« I cannot recommend this property highly enough. This was our second stay here and I have no doubt we will be returning for a third! The location on the beach is spectacular and the property itself is wonderful. It is close to great restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby. The owners are very responsive to any needs that may arise during a visit. I would give this 10 stars if I could! »

« Amazing stay!! The house was super accommodating with provided linens, toiletries and essentials, as well as games, chairs, and umbrellas. It was very clean, spacious, and lots of parking. The interior was decorated so nicely and the outdoor shower was beautiful!! The best part was the roughly 7 minute walk to the beach! We will definitely be staying here again! »

« We have stayed here twice now. The cottage is very clean and the central air works very well. We were very comfortable for our entire stay. This is knotty pine decor, which is nolstagic to us, but it was also very well maintained and the bathroom is nicely updated with large sink and walk in shower. Queen bed was comfortable and bed linens and towels were great. We had everything we needed for a great week. And the location is our preference-- very close to the beaches, tucked south of rt 28...
