"All was well after we got in… a little stressed because the reception closed at 5pm and it was a last minute booking, with internet almost runnning out of juice. Beware that Maps sends you to the wrong street! But a call helped and a nice man showed up to get us in. We had problems connecting to the wifi - it never happened- and the shower turne scalding and won’t get cooler again for way too long. "Great location in the centre of the town of Denia, have private parking at an extra cost but well worth it. Lovely breakfast in the courtyard. Staff very accommodating. All rooms very unique with art pieces. The only thing is that the rooms are not serviced every day but can be requested. Overall I would definate recommend this hotel"

"Hotel was beautiful, front entrance beautiful. lovely fresh smell everywhere. Rooms were very clean , slight problem with ‘noisy’ coffee machine. Pods fell through but wasn’t,t a problem. Couldn’t fault the view, we had 2 rooms, one facing front other facing side, both with marina views. Traffic busy and music noisy but doors pretty good at toning down. All staff were lovely. Overhaul had a lovely time and can recommend."

"Cannot thank Patricia and Geri enough for our recent stay. Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly, and they were very minor issues anyway. We will return to Denia and I'd hope we'd be able to stay in this villa again as it had everything we needed.Once you have stayed you will feel the same. A truly lovely base to explore the area, or just laze by the pool and let the world go by."

"The hotel was in good location, parking at the hotel was easy. Staff were very good at check in. The hotel is very outdated but shower was great and room was spotless. It did exactly what we needed for 1 night in beautiful Dénia. We got back to the hotel around 11pm. It was full on party and noisy but didn’t affect us and we could t hear anything from our room."

"Villa location is good in our opinion being just a 5 minute drive to Denia centre. Villa was clean and tidy. Host and onsite contact were excellent and always on hand to resolve any problems. We would definately consider returning in the future. The following are not negative views but just what we think could be improved to help our stay:The bath towels are on the small sideNot enough working sunbeds for the villa allocation of up to 6 people. We found two in full working order and two broken and not really useable but we made do with the two good beds.One parasol had a bend in the pole and didnt really hold well in the base on a windy day so we only used the one that was ok.Bed pillows are thin and flat and could do with being replaced."
