"Room was very quiet in spite of being next to elevator and looking out on freeway. Staff was extremely responsive, competent and polite."

"I booked this property so we could have a pool side get away, then to find out that their pool was down. It was suppose to be ready for the next night that we stayed and again, no pool. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. The room was nice, but could have stayed home and watched T.V. and not paid for a doggie sitter. :( There was no room number on our door and elevators were so very slow. No ice either. "
