Inside, there’s a good restaurant serving comforting, satisfying food, and even a small grocery store, which is incredibly convenient—especially if you’re heading into Death Valley and want to grab snacks or supplies. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the experience felt warm and easygoing. If you want to stay outside of Death Valley National Park without paying the high prices of lodging inside the park, this is a great option.
