I own businesses and needed access to my computer and company and my daughter is in graduate school needed access to her laptop for class. This was very disappointing. "We’ve been travelling from the uk for over 25 years to Florida , and first time in ormand by the sea . Loved the checkin process which wasn’t obtrusive with somebody meeting you . Beautiful property with everything you could want , apart from a table in the back yard maybe if you want to sit and eat outside like we did one evening. "Home was exactly as described in listing. Manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Home was in a great location, convenient to many state parks, beaches and restaurants. It was in a great location for a central Florida vacation. It was close to Blue Springs, Wekiwa Springs and Rock Springs at Kelly Park. We also took day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral National Seashore. We are a family of 8 including 3 teenagers and grandparents. The home was a great layout...

"This was our 2nd time renting this property and it’s just the perfect place!! It feels like home. You can just sense that this place is the owner’s “ Happy Place”. It oozes charm and character. The front covered porch is a great place to read, drink a glass of wine or just relax. The large livingroom/dining room is bright and airy. The king bed is super comfortable. "This condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. All you need is your suit and flipflops. We did one shopping trip at the Publix that that was close by and never left the condo for 4 days. The hosts provided beach chairs and beach towels and sand toys for the kids. We will definitely stay there again if it is available."

"The pool was perfect for the kids they loved it. The place was so big they also played hide and seek inside. Beach was only 20 mins for New Symra and 40 for ormond beach. Stetson university was 2 mins away for graduation and dormitory’s. Downtown was also 2 mins away publix, and chilis. Exactly was we wanted. Thank you so much when my daughter forgot her doll they allowed us to go search after check out."

"The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you. One of the better places to stay if you want a relatively inexpensive va ation. Right on the beach. Has a nice pool. You can walk to a lot of the locals places. FUN AND AFFORDABLE! Can't be beat."
