"Our oceanview room on the 12th floor was great. The staff at the hotel was extremely nice, helpful and courteous and the hotel's decor was very astethically pleasing. We ordered the seafood mac and cheese and it was amazing. It was our first time visiting but it was a 10/10 and we will definitely plan to visit again."

"We arrived at 1am after a 12 hour delay to no hot water hotel hallway smelling of POT then our room smelled like it as well plus musty smelling. They ran out of pancakes everyday and beach/ pool towels. First day got in 1am then went to use our car and either garbage bag exploded all over the windshield or someone puked all over it. Asked for clean towels and Kleenex more than once housekeeping didn’t come. We won’t be back payed plenty and it was terrible this time."
