Unfortunately, when we arrived prior people smoked in the house, which made two people in our party ill due to allergies. The smell lasted three days at a minimum, even with the cleaning crew bringing candles in to mitigate the odor. We tried leaving doors open but the flies were everywhere. "A wonderful experience - the Host was readily available and very responsive. The outdoor grill kitchen was very handy, and the Theater was well-equipped, with great sound and video. House was very clean, and pool was great, even for a family of 15. Only slight disappointment was the pool lights were unreliable - mostly didn't work when we wanted to use it at night."
