"The hotel definitely raises their prices when there is a concert. Stayed during the Zach Bryan (2026) concert and it was 500 a night. There was no iron, no safe to lock away your valuables, bathroom was very small and room was very small. I will say the only positive thing about the stay was that it was clean in the room. Parking is terrible. We waited on valet to park us (it was the only option because you can just park yourself which we thought was odd and its 50 dollars per night) for 45 minutes just to say screw it and park in the lot behind the hotel building and pay 75 dollars overall on parking. Clean hotel but terrible organization and over priced."

"Room was very clean. Staff was nice but not overly helpful. Only minor issue was attempting to purchase snacks and was told cash only due to broken card reader but had used credit card at check in. Didn’t have cash so I had to put everything back. Would have been great to have had a sign up stating cash only."

"Visiting for a local concert for my daughters birthday. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was cold and the hot tub is out of order which was a main reason for choosing this hotel. Online this place looks like a resort, However the pool was a major selling point for this trip and it was very cold. The staff here were amazing. We had lunch there and the food was great. We had to switch rooms due to our AC unit leaking and the maintenance man Tom was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and supplied us with fresh towels. Overall it was a nice stay. We likely wouldn't return but only due to the area has so many other options for nicer pool areas."
