"Stayed for 2 nights and could not fault the room and the breakfast was really good. However we decided to order a snack from the menu one evening. I ordered a sandwich, the menu stated fresh bloomer bread, brown or white, tuna, spring onion, mayonnaise and black pepper. When I received this it was 2 thin slices of 50/50 bread, no spring onion and the thinnest filling of tuna, more like spread. The charge for this was £8.00!! Definitely not worth the cost."
"Floor was being replaced so part of the kitchen was out of action for evening meals and there was a reduced menu. This wasn’t a problem though as there were still lots of dishes to choose from. Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms are big and comfy. Top hotel. Shall return!"
