Dār Sawdāʼ Vacation Packages

We were visiting Muscat for a week and we stayed here becuse it is central. That said, Muscat is spread out so any sightseeing stay in the citywill need taxis. This hotel was almost perfect. The chargeable buffets for breakfast and dinner had an outstanding variety of excellent food. The staff were always friendly and efficient. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was large and not busy. The only down side was the lack of local amenities. We did not find any restaurants withing walking distance but there are a couple of grocery stores. The Lulu supermarket is a mike or so away, but it is easy to get taxis & private tours to stop there on the way back to the hotel. Churches are about a 500 metre walk from the hotel.

Very beautiful place with sea view and friendly staff.

Check in was comfortable and ease. Greeted with welcome drinks and hot towel. Was provided assistance with the golf cart to our rooms for our luggage. The chalet room was fantastic and spotless. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with various options. Only downside was despite the slightly steep dinner fee, drinks are not included which was a little disappointing. All in all, great place and I recommend it.
