« No water pressure for shower, it literally dripped out of the shower head. The bathroom faucet had plenty of pressure so not sure why the problem with the shower. Paid for a room with a balcony but did not get a room with one. The inside of the room was very nice and clean. »

« Bed was too soft are and made rumble at every movement : we spent a very bad night, tired in the morning. This should not be in this kind of hotel. No breakfast included in the price, is it a joke ? Should fix this also. Great fitness center. »

« Walked through the front automatic doors and was welcomed by a pleasing aroma, a fresh scent. Two of the three women at the front desk were training and greeted me with a big smile & eager to help attutudes. Love that friendliness —especially after drive 5 hours through the dry, rugged, at times foreboding Utah mountains! The room was wonderful ! Clean, fresh, super comfy pillows! Love that it was not carpeted, and instead had modern flooring, newly cleaned. Grateful for the fridge, microwave...
