Service everywhere was excellent. From the time we arrived to departure we were treated very well. The ski in / out was so convenient. Did have to walk outside to the spa / lodge which didn’t bother us but may be an issue for some.
Everything was fantastic about the lodge! The only reason I wouldn’t give the highest rating is the lack of on-site service. We had to make a few calls to the remote proposer management, and it would have been better if the front desk were staffed. Apparently it is several months of the year.
Wonderful property and facilities! Incredible staff and service!
A beautiful, comfortable hotel in an absolutely magical place! We had a wonderful stay over spring break — enjoyed the breakfast and the jacuzzi at the end of each, long ski day.
It was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely return
Fabulous! Loved the place! Have been before & will definitely be back.
everything everything everything everything everything everything
The suite we had was excellent, with all the amenities one would hope to have. The worst part of the hotel is that there is really only one restaurant, and you have to take a fairly lengthy shuttle to get to another restaurant. I believe the size of the facility could for sure support at least two ...
hot water heater was set to hi, could easily burn a child or even an adult. getting into the upstairs tub is slippery, i fell once. otherwise we liked the access to the city bus and the privacy of the bedrooms.
