"We stayed with family (extended) and we had a grouping of three executive suites. All of our rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. There were robes for all adults. I loved the robe so much I purchased one from the gift shop to take home! The staff is extremely well trained in hospitality (something that seems to be a forgotten art these days). We were here during the holiday season and the grounds were absolutely GORGEOUS. Just a lovely stay. The only thing I am sad about is not being able to make a reservation for the afternoon tea during our stay. I do wish hotel guests would receive an option to book as they reserve rooms but other than that, a wonderful stay. Next time we are in SLC, we will be at the Grand America. Five Stars all around. "

"The room was spacious and clean, with a full bathroom and two sinks. The lobby is wonderful to enjoy. The pool is great fun with kids. The Coffee Cafe is delicious for breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly. The UTA tram is right out the door, and you can ride to the City Creek Mall to shop, eat out, or go to Temple Square, or to the Delta Arena (these stops are free; going farther costs money). It was a great family vacation."
