"Bed was comfortable and I felt the property was clean. I very much missed a freezer in the mini frig and MICROWAVE that many past properties I’d stayed at had. Front desk was very helpful and friendly but the breakfast host was quite unfriendly and not very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Definitely not anything to write home about. I had lunch in the restaurant and it was very good."

"We were not told that the restaurant would be closed, as were most in the village. Getting room service was a nightmare, the phones did not work properly and we had to go through the front desk each time. Very annoying."

"Super convenient to Park City Resort - just a walk across the parking lot. Staff is very friendly and the place just has a low key, easy vibe. We were happy to have the underground parking but used the free trolleys more than the car since parking downtown is limited. The pool construction wasn’t done though the pool and hot tub were open. "
