Experienced quite a few service issues during our stay
- luggage delivered 2 hours later
- Upon booking and check in made sure there’s a crib in our room, entered no crib, told escort person, it wasn’t delivered until with the luggage 2 hrs later
- Bathtub faucet had issues
- restaurant couldn’t find breakfast reservation which we booked thru concierge
- Requested sofa-bed made at turn down service but never done
- Few large spiders
- S’mores gram crackers staled
- Room service inconsistency : missing items or different portion
