« Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »

« Really cute & clean studio condo w a deck viewing the pool & the ocean. We loved our stay here, we had everything we needed including boogie boards & chairs for the beach. Nice soaps & shampoos as well. We had a great stay - we will definitely use KBM Resorts again! »

« The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The...

« There is no way we should have been charged for a "rollaway bed" ($39 per night). The rollaway bed was only supposed to accommodate those under 70 lbs. I don't know many adults under 70 lbs. The property was listed as sleeping 8, it only slept 6 comfortably. Lots of extra charges made our stay less than affordable. Very disappointed with the amount of money we spent vs. what we got for that price. »

« Had a wonderful family trip here for 9 nights in July. Loved the size of the rooms and location of the property. Kids loved the pool, beach and golf. Staff were all very friendly and helpful when we got to the resort. My only compliant was when I had questions prior to the trip. Some were answered online and some just ignored. Then when I called the property I was rushed off the phone. »
