Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking.

The rooms were very small without any amenities. Surprisingly, the restaurant and other facilities are below average in terms of quality and offerings. The food quality was awesome and in-room dining was absolutely below par. It was a terrible experience as it is no value for money. Even the quality of the breakfast and the spread is ay below par than any other hotel of the similar tarrif and class in the Aerocity. Very very disappointed. Though this was my second stay after lemon tree premiere
