« The hotel was clean. Was looking forward to relaxing and watching TV after a long trip. The TV was not working. I called a number for the hotel and got an AI response, I left a message detailing the problem with the TV, and left room number and my phone number. At no time did any one contact me or come to the room to remedy the problem. There was no one else at the Hotel that was working. I was not happy about that. »

« The hallways were never vacuumed. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was not very good. There was only one front desk staff who greeted us with a smile and a hello. The other three staff did not even look up or offer a greeting when we approached the desk. I will not be staying here again. »
