"We recently stayed here as a family of 6, with our 4 kids7 & under. Pros:-good location, we loved being within 20ish minutes of wind caves, Custer SP, mt Rushmore & crazy horse. It was the PERFECT location.-kids loved the backyard, all the games (inside & out) & the hot tub. -the kitchen was well stocked with the pots/pans & utensils needed for delicious meals before & after our adventures. "Room was clean for the most part. Between the wall and front of bed some trash and dust bunnies were left. We moved the bed because the remote fell. Would have liked a taller toilet but that’s only because both of our knees hurt. Love the furniture and little kitchenette. Spacious. Beds comfortable. Breakfast at 8:30 am was totally out of hot food so we left and ate elsewhere. Very nice hospitality. "

"The hotel is nice and clean. Front desk attendants were wonderful, very courteous and professional. Our hotel room was spotless and smelled clean and fresh. Cons: Not the hotels fault, but beware of NOT staying on a weekend when Box Elder event center is hosting kids league basketball tournament, there were kids running up and down the halls on our floor and floor above us. Plus, kids were going down the hall knocking on random hotel room doors at 10:30pm. They woke us up and our infant grandbaby. The people in the room next to us went down to complain to the front desk and pretty sure they ended up parenting other peoples kids, because it got quiet and the knocking on doors stopped. Waterpark was overcrowded and water was murky. Not worth going to. We will stay again, because of the kind hotel staff and clean hotel…just not on an event weekend."
