If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning. 10\. Hot tub. The hot tub is always serviced and tested after each guest\`s stay. To keep it clean and safe, please follow these guidelines: 10.1 Only swimwear is allowed—no regular clothes. 10.2 Avoid bringing drinks or food into the hot tub to prevent spills and contamination. 10.3 Please rinse off any lotions or oils before entering, as these can disrupt the water\`s chemical balance. 10.4 Do not use glass containers to prevent breakage. 10.5 Always keep the cover on when not in use. Please note that an extra cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required. 11\. Follow all check-out procedures: 11.1 Wash dishes, and please put them on the drying rack before leaving. 11.2 Place all towels and wash rags on the bathroom floor. 11.3 Remove all trash from the cabin, including any food and condiments in the refrigerator. To dispose of your trash, please use the green dumpster near the entrance. It was a nice size which gave us room to spread out. The smart TV had all our apps which was nice. The bedrooms were large with a king in one and two queens in the other. We loved having the washer and dryer available to do our laundry midway thru our trip. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed to have a little of everything. The hot tub was large, but needed to be cleaned. (Looked like someone had been in it with lotion on, which they expressly asked renters not to do.) Our only disappointment was that the grass was very tall and needed to be mowed. If we had planned to use the fire pit or play yard games, that would’ve been a bummer. Also, ask how to turn on the string lights. We didn’t figure that out. But overall it’s a great place to stay because it’s in Custer and in the heart of all the attractions. ##### Shari I.
