Sou hóspede frenquente do Hotel, por muitas vez já me hospedei, no check in ma recepção solicitei um apto em andar mais alto, pois tenho problema de insônia, o que tds as vezes fui atendido, me espantou a má vontade do funcionário em Não colocar eu em um andar mais alto, isso chamo falta de treinamento, falta de boa vontade, enfim NÃO DORMI A NOITE INTEIRA POR CAUSA DE BARULHO, era melhor ter dormindo dentro do carro. ÍBIS Q TOME UMA PROVIDÊNCIA , pois sem o hóspede o hotel não Existe!!
