"Where do I start the lodge was immaculate and was exactly what I was after, it was perfect had everything you could need/think of, the host was lovely and really helpful upon arrival and the location was quiet and beautiful with the surrounding lakes and the landscapes can not recommend enough and more than worth the money will 100 percent be staying with them again. "

"The lodge was clean inside, including bedding and towels. It was a little tired, with some maintenance needed, particularly in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the outside was very tired, the decking was dirty, cobwebby (not just recently, it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks) and very slippy. The gates to both the decking and the hot tub needed attention and there were holes in the panelling at the front of the lodge. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay, but expected a little more for the money we paid"

"The lodge was a good size, bigger than we anticipated. There were some items in the lodge that required some maintenance, we told reception and they sent someone round to check these out. They fixed what they could there and then and said they'd sort the rest out once we checked out so as not to disturb us which was fine with us (nothing was critical). The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed."
