« This penthouse apartment is BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous views and sea breeze, and the apartment itself is very nicely laid out and has all the amenities. Lots of good stuff to do within walking distance and convenient to everything else in the LA/OC metro area. The only downside is the downtown homeless and crime element, but I did not feel unsafe walking my dog outside, even at night. I would buy this place to live in! »

« We loved this space! It was centrally located to all the things we were doing over the weekend. The AC was strong so that was good to beat the heat. We were also under the assumption that there would be a wall to the bedroom and not just a curtain, but we didn’t really mind since we were all close. « My family of 5 had a great weekend stay! We were given our check-in codes prior to arrival for a seamless entry. We loved being walking distance to the beach and amount of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and wagon. Plenty of beach and bath towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee pot, and more. « The location is amazing, so close to the beach with gorgeous sunsets, and lots of food options. Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. I had to climb over the seats to get out due to how narrow the spots are.Be warned if you plan to use the sleeper sofa… the supporting boards kept slipping and falling down while using the bed so it...

« Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again ! »
