If you stay in the B building, the hills are very steep to walk up to the building. The entire complex is huge and it takes a bit of time to figure out how to walk to places. there are numerous pools and bars. most of the staff were nice but some staff seemed uninterested and were just doing their jobs. The mexican restaurant was very good. I was only a little disappointed thwt we had to change rooms on the last night. The change only was seamless. The food was very good too. Enjoyed my trip to town, the was organised by a local jewellery store, should have been warned ahead of time as they are keen for you to buy things on there shop which took up a bit of the time we had. We had a broken microwave and when we called about it, it was switched out the next day. It was sometimes difficult to get in contact with the staff being that they usually left right after 5pm. I also would recommend, using taxis if staying at this hotels. The mountains and hills getting up to the resort are no joke. "Beautiful hotel, the pictures online don’t do it justice. Room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The pool and beach were wonderful. Even though we didn’t pay for an ocean view room, we got a partial view still. Easy to park with our rental car. Overall 10/10, would come back again."

"While the resort grounds itself were beautiful, the staff and food were very lackluster. Upon our arrival, we found that our television was not working correctly and requested someone fix it so that we could watch television on the rare occasions that we were in the room. That request took almost an entire day to resolve. The only reason why we had a working television is because the woman from the front desk came with us to our room and fixed that for us.

"Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good.
Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier.
Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. Fridge and two burners to cook if you needed/wanted to and also a microwave.
Great location - a 10 minute walk to so many different restaurants and bars...
