"The hotel staff were great. The first room I was given wasn't cleaned yet. The staff gave me another room without hassle. Would stay again."

"This was the worst experience we have had at a hotel in a long time. We were booked into a suite on the second floor which could only be reached by outside steps which were uneven and rough (no elevator). Although the rooms were very large and had a kitchenette, there were absolutely no plates, pots, pans, utensils, or anything else of any kind in the kitchen area. There was no way to cook anything or even warm anything up because there were no microwave and no coffee maker. Every drawer in the suite was completely empty. The room was noisy, and even though it was a no smoking room, there were people seated outside our door smoking at various times. There was no breakfast offered at the property, so we had to drive to a restaurant several blocks away to get some food to bring it back to the room. We were glad to quickly get away from this awful place. Please do not recommend it to anyone else."

"Room was clean and functional. Two drying fans running outside my door in the hall may have tainted my opinion of this stay. The pool was at the end of the hall outside my door. I am sure water was being tracked into the hall area. The outside of the hotel was in the process of being repaired (caulk & paint, etc). This too was outside my room. The road was also being under heavy repair. Things to consider. "

"This property is set in a wooded area that offers privacy, quiet and comfort. We had everything we could possibly need for our four-day stay. We were in Crossville for our granddaughter's graduation from high school so we didn't spend an abundant amount of time at the cabin. We will definitely stay again.The host communicated perfectly and that is much appreciated. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable, windows and doors were secure and appliances worked as they should. The driveway is narrow but we have a Ram Bighorn and had no problem getting in and out. You're going to want to give this place a try. Don't forget to go to The GOAT cafe. Pet a goat, have a yummy lunch and peruse a gift shop with cute merch. My fave store in town is French's Shoe Store. There is a separate location that is boots-only if you're looking for something to satisfy your inner cowboy. All-in-all, a great vacation that started with this Vrbo reservation! Thank you to the host. :-)"
