The bathroom is so basic for to be called recently refurbished, there's no rails near the sink to have your hand towels available and the only available shelf cant be used because it is used for the rolled up towels,bathroom door has to be kept closed at all times because of the dampness smell when anyone uses the bathroom, there are so many walls in the room that would appreciate a lovely print or picture but the only used is above the bedhead, very strange choice ,the only positive thing about this room is the wonderful view of the Abbey at sunset and sunrise. On the ground floor i cant fault the layout or the services obviously since the fat badger group became involved, hopefully this in time will progress to the upper floors and rooms."
