« Room was clean and presentable room smelled nice an fresh when we came back after our day out staff were friendly Valerie was a good host lovely breakfasts each day and great parking at the back well secured loved it »

« We had a one night stop here in October. The room had been redecorated reasonably recently, the bathroom also looked very modern, all very clean. A new mattress wouldn't go amiss though.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, for our evening meal we had a pizza, which was ok, it was tasty and very filling. We didn't have breakfast so cant comment.
The absolute best thing about this hotel is sitting outside the front having a drink and admiring a stunning view! That alone would bring us...

« Lovely property, in a small settlement of varied pods and cabins, arranged to ensure privacy. Great location, close to both Pickering and Thornton le Dale. We are foster carers and needed a break with our very small youngster and the pod suited us perfectly - there was even a song thrush singing to us every evening! »

« The pod we stayed in was beautifully clean and well maintained. It had lovely little touches like a small milk in the fridge waiting for when you arrived, each bed space had its own towels (including bath towels) so that was a nice touch also. The only thing I would recommend is that the view from the front of the pod isn’t the same on the photos due to new lodges being built so when we got there it was a little disappointing not to have that view and just a little suggestion now new lodges are...
