« A lovely inn situated in a peaceful village but very handy for visiting the attractions within York and the North Yorkshire National park.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and our room was very clean and comfortable. We can recommend the food and drinks on offer in the air conditioned restaurant, both on the evening we stayed and for breakfast the following day. Top marks. »

« The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our luggage was safely stored when we checked out.
The room was tidy and had a nice bathroom. Included in the room was a kettle and a nice selection of coffee and tea.
The breakfast had a good variety of tasty food including a full cooked breakfast, omelettes, toasties and smoked salmon bagels.
The hotel is close to North Bay beach, Peasholm Park, Scarborough Castle, South Bay Beach, the North Bay Miniature Railway and Sealife Scarborough...

« We loved our stay ❤️. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows super comfy ,even hubby commented and he is a bed snob lol ! The owners couldn't do enough for you and we so frendly .we asked for early check in so we could spend the day in Scarborough before our concert at the open air theatre which they said would not be a problem and even offered for us to have our room when we checked in .When we returned from the concert about 11pm someone had parked over 2 spaces leaving us nowhere to...

« Staff very helpful, amazing location so easy to get around various beauty spots. Park& Ride across the road. Access to Whitby so easy. Disabled visitors catered for. Staff decorated our room ( which was amazing) for my birthday. Lovely surprise. »
