"Wow!!! So blown away by our room !!!!! Liz down at the Blue Coyote Cafe for breakfast this morning was so great! The pool area is a little dated however I would still stay here!!!! The amenities are awesome! We did a day trip to Sedona and coming back to the jacuzzi at night was so great! We stayed on the top floor C2 and the views are breathtaking!!!!! "

"It was more of a hassle than the savings. If you want any items for your room with a kitchen you reserved, you have to request ALL items from the front desk (including hair dryers, and you have to bring down your dirty linen to exchange for fresh linen, don't forget you are responsible to take out your own trash at the end of each hallway prior to check out) which there is usually only one person on shift to attend to everything. Some of them don't even know you exist they don't look up to see who is coming or going. The breakfast is a joke. Packaged boiled eggs, fruit (orange/apple), granola bars and watered down coffee and package tea. watch out you will get lectured "one per person". This is the included breakfast not worth it. Only 1 young lady was helpful and kind to the customers. Everyone else looked stressed and not happy at their job. I was only there for 4 days but that was enough. This was our first experience at this brand and I can say without a doubt we will book elsewhere. We travel a lot and frequent Arizona and the more pop up hotels come in, the less personable it gets. "

"Absolutely loved our room. The jet tub was exactly what I needed for my staycation. The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the cleanliness was because we found a live cockroach in our room a couple minutes after we entered it. Otherwise, the room was spotless."

"This is our second time here; last time was quite awhile ago prior to Marriott takeover. Beautiful view is second to none! Staff were all very attentive and took care of the issues we had immediately. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and fairly reasonably priced. We were disappointed in there being no pool service and lack of options for lunch/drinks at the pool. Lunch options were limited and out of a refrigerator- premade wraps, cheese and fruit but no crackers available (although there were chips and pork rinds!). No cocktails available; again there were cans of wine and seltzers in the refrigerator. "
