"The hotel itself was fine. Clean and comfortable beds. However I booked my reservation more than 3 months ago - two rooms. When we checked in they asked for my id and credit card 3 times and then told me our rooms were not together a they couldn’t make changes. We were as far apart as we could have been. Thankfully we were traveling with another couple but had it been my children it would have been unacceptable. The front desk staff were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to what they were doing. We travel about thirty nights a year and we will never stay at a My Place again "

"Our room was good enough, 3 ppl and 2 dogs. We did a late check-in, and I was very surprised when a motel worker had called me personally to ask when we should be arriving; that was a great gesture because I was too preoccupied trying to drive at night. Checking in with the live person kiosk was challenging and tedious, however the rep was very professional and thorough. Our room initially was clean and tidy. Microwave and fridge was a big plus. Ac worked wonders during the heat wave weather. My only complaint for the room was that the sink drain doesn’t drain. Whatever.. we just used the shower to brush our teeth and wash up. The toilet and shower was very clean and great water pressure! The cleaners never came by to clean rooms during our 3 nights, but if you call front desk, they are more than happy to provide extra towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. Parking was fine. The dog potty seemed pretty clean. But too bad no ice machine. Overall our stay was okay for the deal we got :) "

"The receptionist is behind a thick plastic (maybe bullet proof) window, the sink in the room was filfthy, the shower/tub was not clean either. The sheets had black hair in them and smelled unclean. "We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a last minute trip, booked here because others in our party booked here as well and spent close to $800 to stay here. Our very first night, My husband asked for some forks since nothing is provided in the kitchenette, and their little paper with the “rules” stated that you have to ask the front desk - so he did. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, had a nasty attitude, and would not give us any forks.. I went down later to ask for an extra blanket because my seven-year-old daughter was cold and the same lady refused to give me a blanket – Totally ridiculous, I’ve never heard of any hotel not accommodating their guests, especially with a simple request such as an extra blanket. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed at has an extra set of linens in their closet, but this hotel does not.. if you want fresh towels, you have to take your dirty ones down to the front and ask for clean ones, no pots and pans are provided. You have to go and ask for those as well-not convenient at all. Our walls were dirty, there were stains on the sheets and trash left under our bed. When we open the shade, you could see all the dirty grease marks on the headboard from where people put their heads.. GROSS There are tons of hotels in the area. SKIP THIS ONE. breakfast consisted of watered down coffee, nature valley granola bars, or Quaker, chewy granola bars, and yogurt and hard boiled eggs. A hard pass. - this is your warning! "
