"No issues with staff, our first few nights the A/C was broken and they currently had a technician scheduled to do repairs. After that was fixed it was much better sleeping. The carpet was wet around one of the sinks due to some type of leak but we just wore shoes until bedtime. We enjoyed sightseeing and only came to the hotel for downtime. Would stay again:)"

"The room was clean, which is always the most important thing to me, and overall I got a great deal for the price. That being said, the hotel is definitely a little outdated. There are no vents in the bathroom, the plug for one of the lamps wouldn’t stay in the wall and kept causing the lamp to turn off, and there was a musty smell when you first walk into the hotel. The elevators were SO slow! 😂 I ended up taking the stairs down from the 5th floor almost every time, and even took them up a few times because waiting for the elevator was taking so long. Another small inconvenience was that you can’t call the front desk using the phone in the room. On the positive side, the breakfast bar was excellent! There was also a specialty coffee machine that made some really delicious coffee, which was definitely a highlight. Overall, I’d say you get what you pay for. The room was clean, the price was great, and the breakfast was excellent. While there are definitely some areas that could use updating, I’d still consider staying here again if I got another good deal."

"-There was quite a bit of dust in both of our rooms (on phone, tray with glasses, side tables, vent cover on wall in bathroom) -There was no towel bar except the one inside the shower. There was only 1 towel hook on the door. -There is a little wear and tear showing in both of our rooms, but nothing overwhelming. -There are some extreme areas of wear and tear/aging in the hallway leading to our room. -There’s a nice lobby area leading up to the check in area. It is spacious, has seating and decent natural light. -I called for some more facial tissues and sugar and man were they extremely fast delivering the items! -The housekeeping staff was great at getting us fresh towels and replenishing the coffee. -When we came in contact with staff throughout our stay they were always very pleasant. -There were lots of places to shop and eat nearby. The hotel is on property with Yorktown Mall and an AMC theater."
