« The stay was excellent. Cheryl and her team provided wonderful, personal care - the breakfasts are to die for, as are the baked goods made fresh every day. On days when we had to leave early Cheryl packed us freshly made breakfast sandwiches to go. Great location in the heart of West Sedona. Would love to go back. »

« I paid for six nights at this hotel and specifically requested a room with a direct view of the red rocks. Despite this clear request, I was not given the room I paid for, which felt like a misrepresentation of what was promised. I tried to resolve the issue immediately with the manager on duty, A@, who told me to return on the 29th and assured me the room would be changed. When I came back on that date, A@ was not at work, and the rest of the staff had no record or knowledge of what he had...
