« We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend! »

« We loved our stay at Josie’s place! It was a lovely, spacious, affordable home central to a lot of outdoor activities in the area. We went to Ouray, Ridgeway State Park, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’ve got two littles, and the house was very kid friendly. »

« We had a great stay! Kitchen was well stocked and made evening meals easy after long days. We used this property as a central place to visit Colorado's offerings in the area. We found escape in the backyard, reading and grilling. The living area was comfortable where the family watched a few shows (all the bedrooms had TVs too, but we didn't use those). Beds were comfy. And the 2 and a half baths reduced the morning congestion as we scrambled out on our adventures.We would be happy to stay here...

« Great property with a lovely outdoor area. It was a bit warm during the day when we arrived even with the swamp cooler going full blast, but there are plenty of fans and we spent the days out and about so it wasn't an issue. I wouldn't say it's super walkable to the downtown, but it is only a five minute drive. Otherwise a very comfortable stay. »

« We originally picked this house since it was only an hour to nearby national parks and popular tourist towns. We stayed for three nights, but you could stay longer with the shopping nearby and in-unit amenities. This house we found out is split into two condos. Ours was a comfortable 3 bedroom condo for five people that could’ve fit more if needed. Will definitely come back! »

« The occasion we came together for was a somber one as we were there for my mother’s memorial service but this place provided a comfortable and perfectly located place with so much space. It gave us a place to come Together as family and spend quality time together and create lifelong memories with family we do not get to see very often because we live so far apart. Thank you for giving a place to grieve yet embrace one another. It was perfect for what we needed. »
