My husband and I stayed her for a night and it was perfect! The room has everything you could need and the bed is very comfy. They even had simple breakfast items available. As a bonus, the views are wonderful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

The Best! I am so happy got to stay in spacious, comfortable private room connected to nice house. The view from my room was wonderful with mountains distance and great location for visiting the spectacular north rim of Black Canyon National Park ! There is not much to do with almost no eating options close by, but I cooked food in full kitchen, The owner left essentials including coffee maker and coffee as well as some food items such as instant oatmeal and cereal (and even eggs in refrigerator). I enjoyed my stay very much !

What a wonderful place. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything! There were so many thoughtful things such as snacks in the fridge and a variety of soaps in the bathroom. The view was beautiful as well.

Wonderful Place!

We had a great stay! Beautiful sceneries all around, easy to access, comfortable place to stay, well stocked and a friendly host. Unless you need a kitchen, this is a perfect place to vacation.

Perfect Stay

We were extremely happy with our accommodations at the Blue Jay Inn. We were fortunate to met the host who was extraordinarily friendly. The inn was perfectly clean, exceptionally well stocked, very quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this Inn.

The host (Bob) was most gracious. The room was clean and orderly. We had our own parking and the room was accessible. It’s a beautiful venue with great views. Bob was very receptive and allowed for early check in and late check out. He’s a great host!

Sparkling clean with beautiful views

We enjoyed a quick, one night stay on our way to Black Canton of the Gunnison NP. This place was perfect as we wanted to visit the North Rim. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The property is located in the country and it is dark and quiet, great for sleeping.

Pleasant Stay

Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future.

Beautiful, Relaxed, Friendly & Clean

Our host Bob was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The room had all the comforts of home with million-dollar views, beautiful flowers, tons of hummingbirds, fire pit, grill, outdoor table and chairs. We loved staying at this home and would recommend to all. Thank you Bob!

Visiting Black Canyon

A snafu on my part brought us to the property a day early. Jackie was utterly gracious, and thank heavens the property was available. We had a lovely stay and appreciated the comfortable hospitality.

Everything was great except the price. Kudos to Casey who took great care of us. It was awesome to have a few items in the frig, pantry, and bathroom (nice touch) in case we needed something.

Peaceful setting

The host lives on site and greeted us upon arrival. The view from the deck is a beautiful view of the mountains! The fridge was stocked with food which was a surprise and a delight! The host was helpful and very kind. It was a very pleasant stay!
