"We had a nice short stay. House was super comfortable, clean, and well equipped.Sunroom was very comfortable to hang out.Communication with Lucy was very good. She was quick to answer questions.We love the fact it was very convenient and close to get an uber to take the ferry to Nantucket without having to plan an extra hour to go to ferry and deal with the uncertainty of finding parking by the ferry parking.House is close to Hyannis downtown. However It was a bit of a ride to go to other towns."

"Very relaxing and quiet. My kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pools and the jacuzzi. My husband enjoyed the FULL gym for exercising. Loved the decor. We didn't eat at the 2 restaurants available in the resort. We opted for one of the MANY, MANY, restaurants nearby. Beaches, restaurants, and shopping can all be found in a 5-10 minute car ride. The only thing I would recommend is they update the mattresses. Our beds were very uncomfortable. Old style spring mattress was very squeaky and bouncy. Not good for sleeping with a partner. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely return and recommend."

"We had the most incredible stay at this Cape Cod home! Everything was spotless upon arrival and check in was seamless. The home truly felt like it was designed for families. From the sparkling pool to the game room and yard full of space to run around, our kids were in heaven (they practically lived in the pool all week)!The location is unbeatable, minutes from beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of activities, yet peaceful and private when you want to relax. The house itself is extremely spacious, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out. Another family could have joined our family of five comfortably. We loved the fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dining both indoors and on the beautiful patio. The laundry machines were a huge bonus, and the TVs in every room made downtime easy for everyone. Also loved the beautiful furniture and thought it was nice to have a make up vanity LED lighting for getting ready. One of my personal favorites was the amazing hot tub — such a treat after a day in the sun. And the backyard? Absolutely perfect for family fun. Joshua is an A host — responsive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. He clearly cares about his guests having the best experience possible, and it shows in every detail.We’re already counting down the days until we return next summer! Thanks for an unbelievable vacation week in your gorgeous home. "
