"The room was SO dirty! There were cobwebs in all 4 corners. The AC unit was covered in dust. Panels on the bottom of the walls were broken and also covered in dust. The bed cover was inside out making me think if it was at all clean. "

Wallpaper chipping and peeling. Plastic alarms and devices looked old and tired. Shower took forever to heat. No sound proofing. And very loud service maintenance and drilling happening early in the morning without notice from staff upon checkin."
