« I’m not sure where start so I will make a list… -we were given the wrong check in instructions. The info I was given by the host was for the room of a different occupant. I ended up opening the door of a family staying in their cabin bc the host failed to give me proper check in instructions. We had to wait nearly an hour for the host to give me directions to the unit we were assigned (I have screenshots to prove this) - there were no towels (the listing said there would be) -the internet did...
