What a lovely hotel very good design with old and new

The room was large and immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a chance to dine in the hotel and my meal was fabulous. Would definitely recommend!

Bonjour! What a wonderful little but delightful Maison. Lovely, friendly welcome. The staff are all very friendly and professional and the house and rooms are all fabulous and especially the spiral staircase. My room was large, spacious, clean and modern with high ceiling and view over the small pool. It’s a classic small mansion style you will see in photos, almost boutique as I’m sure all the rooms are different. I came in winter so couldn’t enjoy the pool and health facilities but I’ll bet it’s just amazing in spring and summer and so I’d love to come back with my partner too. The trams stop just outside so if you wanted to get to the centre it’s ideal but also the local area is friendly and safe too. I was here with business but would definitely return. Horrible small pokey room .. couldn’t believe they would offer ..intercontinental shouldn’t give their name to it.. they gave me an upgrade which was a little better… old carpets , very old scratched furniture..no excuse ..no idea alternatives In Bordeaux but certainly would avoid this hotel.

We didn't realize there were stairs. That was the only drawback. It would be lovely for younger people. We did use the pharmacy and small grocery nearby
