Location is amazing, lots of options to eat, minutes walk to the beach, shopping, etc. The only issue I see is parking. Very difficult to find on the streets and the hotel has limited spots. July and August are the most chalenging months. Staff is also amazing, super helpful with tips to eat, places to go, etc.
Parking is a problem in any small town in the Mediterranean coast, so we need to be patient and sometime walk quite a bit from the nearest parking spot.

We stayed here two nights in September 2016. Zero problems. Underground parking is connected to hotel. One area for improvement was that we were charged for a relatively minor request (brining clean plates to the room). We found this to be below the quality of the hotel. Small gestures go a long way!

Hotel is amazing with a great pool. Close to small shopping mall, restaurants and grocery stores. Not far from Alicante and one of the nicest beach I have seen (platja del carabassi).

The staff were extremely professional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They were helpful with our needs. The Cava from the front desk was excellent and a nice touch.
